All moving parts are riding on a bushing made of ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) plastic for superior wear and durability. UHMW polyethylene outperforms other materials because of its corrosion resistance and high abrasion tolerance, both working in conjunction to effectively extend the life of your equipment. These bushings will also require less maintenance and can make the hoist quieter during operation.

Safety First

An exclusive boat lift feature we offer is the installation of a safety valve mounted directly into the tank to assure that your boat will always remain high, dry, and secure. To prevent equipment damage when you are away from your boat for an extended period of time, simply close the safety valve for security and peace of mind.

Rotationally Molded

All of our tanks are rotationally molded, which means they are one solid piece straight out of the mold with no seams or welds. Roto-molding distributes an even amount of resin everywhere, even the corners and sides, in order to create an airtight tank that remains stable in open and high traffic water situations.

Lifetime Warranty

Another notable boat lift feature is that we carry a lifetime warranty on all of our polyethylene tanks and bushings. Plus, we offer warranties on many of the other products we manufacture, including a five year warranty on our hot-dipped galvanized steel and a three year warranty on all products used to operate an Econo Lift boat hoist, such as the motor, hose, valve, etc.

Build to Last

All of our tanks are 100% virgin plastic with no added dyes, pigments, or chemicals, guaranteeing the durability of your tank for years to come. Many other tanks are reground/recycled which can mean their structure is less stable—but not ours!
